Europe may reign supreme in bread and pastry, but America has mastered the art of the peanut—and we wanted to take that humble flavor combination of chocolate, caramel, and peanuts and elevate it into something extraordinary. In the spirit of Chef’s Table, it’s about transforming the familiar into the sublime: a refined, soulful panettone made with care, love, and obsession.

FR x CT CHOCOLATE PEANUT CARAMEL PANETTONE:

Carefully crafted with flour, butter, water, milk and semi-sweet chocolate, caramel pieces, peanuts, sugar, brown sugar, egg yolks, honey, salt, malt, peanut extract, caramel extract and enzymes. The glaze topping is made of sugar, almonds, egg whites, cornstarch and potato starch. The streusel is made of flour, almond flour, butter, sugar, cocoa powder and peanut extract.
